To make a return, you must send the item back to our warehouse in perfect condition, along with the proof of purchase, using your preferred shipping method. The deadline for making a return is 15 days from the purchase of the item.
If you wish to make any changes, you will have to make your purchase again and return the model in your possession, as we have indicated above.
No exchanges or returns are allowed on promotional or discounted models.

The goods always travel at the buyer's risk. Therefore, we recommend checking the packages received, as well as verifying their number and condition, before signing the delivery note to the transport agency.
