Shipments are made via MRW or similar service. The usual delivery time is 2 to 4 business days within mainland Spain. For some domestically produced products, delivery times may be longer due to the production process.

Shipments are made via MRW or similar. The usual delivery time is 2 to 4 business days within the Iberian Peninsula for imported products. For domestically produced products, the delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 15 days due to the production process.
PROFESSIONALS
The goods always travel at the buyer's risk. Therefore, we recommend checking the packages received, as well as verifying their number and condition, before signing the delivery note to the transport agency. If you have any doubts about the condition of the shipment, you must note this on the carrier's delivery note and contact Sombreros Mengual, SL as soon as possible.
You have 15 days to make any claim; after this period, they will not be processed.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods accepted in the online store, for both individuals and professionals, are as follows:
- Credit card. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure Redsys payment platform where you will need to enter your card details. Once the payment is processed, you will be automatically returned to the store.
- PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, where you will need to register to complete the payment. Once finished, you will be automatically returned to the store.
- Bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with the details to make the transfer. Until the transfer is completed, your order will be held pending payment.
- Cash on delivery. Currently disabled. With this payment method, you will pay the carrier upon receiving the package. It has an extra cost of 3%, with a minimum of €3.
